Established in 2000 as Northam Picture framers and as Phil The Framer since 2015, we are a family business.
Phil Mayne – AKA Phil the Framer – is a multi-award winning artist who once painted in oils and watercolours. He is now a published author, who writes under the pen name of Dan Cotton. Deborah Harris is a professional longarm quilter who not only provides a long arm quilting service to crafters in the Wheatbelt she also handcrafts her own unique high-quality patchwork quilts and quilted products for sale to the general public.
Eastern Hills location:
Our Studios are situated at 299 Hinkler Road Wooroloo on the historically significant Railway Heritage trail. We attend weekend craft markets in York, Northam, Toodyay, Mundaring, and Bakers Hill, with others occasionally.
